I’ll try to be quick and simple here and leave any additional feedback based on comments later. The following is price and setup needs for everything other than a decent PC and the presentation computer running MediaShout 4 or Propresenter. The PC build ran us roughly $1000 (i7 quad with 8gb ram). Be sure you use a full ATX motherboard like the one shown below! It will allow room for the multiple capture cards. The items below are the significant pieces of the system that make it work. The video splitter is to split a black/white stage display feed from MediaShout with text for songs coming from the stage display function in MediaShout going to a usb output device like the one shown below. That input (split into 3 signals) is keyed and replaced with one of the three camera feeds to create the 5th, 6th and 7th input selection shown in the images below. An example of the lower thirds processed live in VJDirector will be added below.
